I can make them, I am actually going to Art Institute Online and am learning Graphics Design. Once you figure out programs like Photoshop and Illustrator you can do some pretty cool stuff with images.

just use photoshop or gimp which is free and almost like photoshop. i can make some rly cool sigs cuz i make them all the time for other forums but im to lazy to do it here haha
