Building new relationship... searching for her name
So yeah I traded in my V-6 ABM for my new SS CGM. There was a certain amount of emotional attachment to that ABM, it was my first Gen5 love. I dont regret the swap, but I didnt intially have a relationship with the new car. In fact, I went on vacation shortly after buying it, so it spent 12 days in the garage. So now I have been waiting on a name to pop up... intially I thought the car was male. Darker colorer, fast pick up, more power... sounds male. So I didnt worry about having the same infatuation like I did with the ABM. It was more like a buddy or my Wingman... though Wingman didnt sound right for a name. Moving on... Centurion? Like the Centurions from Battlestar Galatica? It just seemed too forced and contrived. I stopped thinking it about it for awhile... the CGM got more lovable as time went on, so maybe it is female? Still waiting for the name to come though. There first Epiphany came from Metallica "Whiskey in the Jar"
I took all of his money and I brought it home to Molly.... me I like sleeping especially in my Molly's chamber. But I kept going back to Battlestar... steel,grey,power,female... Then it came Athena... If you had seen the show you d know the reference. Meaning the modern BSG. It made sense... I mean I had named the dog Helo... if you know the show. So more and more I have been lead toward Athena...
