Mazda Shinari Concept

I looked for threads for it, but i admit i only quickly checked the first page of "other cars". Sorry if its already been done.

Mazda unveiled their new design language in Paris yesterday. I loved the Furai, but it was pretty much the only Nagare product i really liked. Kodo is making me drool so far. I can't wait to see what comes of it. Maybe if something like this is produced, i could see myself growing up and getting a sedan. =x

Wow, that's a clean interior.

I hope the front seats have some adjustability in holding you in and the engine causes you to need it!

Concept looks good, like Mazda's version of the Aston Martin Rapide. Let's see if any production car resembles it at all. Whatever happened to the "new" RX7?

Well, this could be a new rotary prototype. If you notice, the hood detail has the same rotor accent as the rx-8's hood had, just a little more reserved. The new RX7 (RX9?) has been rumored at, and hinted about for years. Its definitely coming, and when it does it'll be with a 16X Renesis rotary engine (1.6 liter (comparable to a 4.8 liter conventional engine), as opposed to the rx8's 1.3 (comparable to a 3.9 liter) renny), and possibly with an electronically controlled turbo. I think theres no question that we'll see a new RX production vehicle. The only question for me is if my rotorhead, or camaro heart will win out when it gets to market. Thats provided i have money then. Being poor makes that decision very easy.

I like .. and Mazda has some good quality ... my mazdaspeed 6 had the best build quality of any car I have owned ..

And pretty much zero issues w/ our CX-9 ..
