Yeah I should be able to get to 20 miles in another week or two... having been a Rescue swimmer in a previous life, I'm pretty confident I will get the swim distance I need... but the bike is totally new to me.... and totaly new muscles... so it's taking some getting used to... I did get some compression shorts and they do seem to help... but my butt is tender....

Dibt buy them from academy go to a bike store or online. Be prepared to pay $60, but most have some awesome padding to save your butt.

I'll just stick to running and lifting with some spinning at the gym. Bikes are expensive and keep money from going to my Camaro.
