Oh yeah...

I ran 3.5 miles and swam 250 meters last night. This am I got up early and rode for about 12 miles.....

The sprint Triathlon I'm gonna do is a 750 meter swim. 15 mile bike and 5k run....

So I've got some work to do... and lots of weight to loose... I need to be about 175.. closer to 200 right now.... blah.

I'd like to get back to 175 myself. I'm at 190 now. There is no way in hell I would try a triathlon. Good luck with that and your training.

15miles is easy. We bike 30 miles in 2hrs on the weekends. Drinking and eating enough for fuel is the key.
