So todays workout was forearms and abs. I am also doing chest everyday as the final one, just one set and just enough to get some pump up. Next week will be all about biceps... Doing this for a while now. Good tip from a near friend of mine. You guys should try it sometime! It gives you a massive volume on that part of the body that you do that week

i only eat the egg whites, and I will eat anywhere from 6-18 a day. Just depends.

Studies have proven eggs only raise your "good cholesterol" not bad, and do not increase health risk in healthy individuals. Feel free to eat your heart out.

I eat 3 scrambled whole eggs and 3 egg whites in the morning. That is my extent of egg consumption, but I love boiled eggs and have considered going that route for awhile.
