I'm like others here, can't do the early morning workout, as I need to be at work at 6am, and if I worked out heavy before going to work, I would be worthless. Then again, I wouldn't have to deal with that 5p-7p'ers that lack dedication to achieve goals.

Regularly...May. Here and there since. Just had hernia surgery, so getting back in will be a slow transition from here.

You've got to take it slow with that. I've had a couple of them and now 10 plus years later I still feel it when I lift heavy.

I've never been able to workout early, seems like without a good solid meal in me I get nauseas. When my goal was fat loss I would do some cardio in the morning, not because I think it's more beneficial on an empty stomach, although some do think so but because I had time to fit it in. I usually lift early afternoon. This allows me to have had some solid food and fits right in to my eating habits. I do time my nutrition around my workouts. Plus the fact I am a single dad, when my son was younger I had to be home when he got out of school so early afternoon fit that schedule well too.

im not an early bird either when it comes to working out. i prefer to workout in the evenings, because it gives me a chance to blow off some steam.

I like to get up early and get a solid workout in to start my day off right. I arrive at the office at about 8am and I'm wide awake and ready to rock.

The best part about working about in the morning is never having to wait for equipment and having an entire basketball court to yourself to cool down after your workout.

I may not be very good at basketball, but it's relaxing to shoot hoops when nobody's around

Thanks and will do. We are really using it as a practice meet since she has never been in one before. We won't be going after huge numbers or pr's. She will be lifting raw.
