I see the chicken legs on the meatheads all the time. Still funny.

I've seen them as well, way to often but the second photo just doesn't seem real. Yes they are funny though

This happens more often than not.

They wear shorts to as if they're proud of them bones.

I don't look forward to Leg day, but it is a must!

LOL! The first one is actually real! I snap photo's just to laugh later at dudes like this! I've been personal training 15 years and see the stupidest Snit on the planet. This for example. There is actualy a seated calf machine about 15 feet away form the guy bahahhahah!!

This guy is a classic example of friends don't let friends skip leg days at my last gym lmfao! I even told him I snapped the photo. I put the photo's first photo you thought was shopped next to each other on a photo editor for him and sent it to him. He had a crazy complex after that and I saw him crushing legs after that lol

The first one I know is real and have seen it posted before but that second one I have my doubts about lol. All the guys in my family, including me, always had chicken legs but I've pretty much overcome it but I thought it was hopeless at first but persistence ,heavy squats and a lot of leg work paid off.

I'm with CFD in this group, "older"...lol, and still lifting strong.(I think). I'm 48 and still pressing over 400lb on the bench. I stay around 220-225lbs, 5"9. I don't consider myself fat, nor skinny. but still doing what I enjoy in the gym.

Most people in this post/thread are focused on conditioning and improving their 'look and feel'. Got to give them credit.

I have a pro strongman at my gym, insane size and strength. Lean, not by a long shot, but not really fat like some of those pics above. But wow, insane power when lifting heavy objects.

Lol this thread has so much win in it.

I typically go to the gym at 5am to avoid seeing this kind of behavior.

Lifetime Fitness is a completely different place from 6pm-8pm

The sleeveless shirt to bro ratio increases dramatically at that point in the day. I prefer going early because everyone is there to work hard and get their work in.

I strongly recommend it if you can wake yourself up at 4:30am. Hopefully the New Year's crowd won't adopt this time

I just don't have it at 4:30am.
I can work all day and still have more strength in the evening.
My annoyance is when people stand around equipment and talk for 10-15 mins.
Move on people! I'm not there to make friends, I spend enough time in the gym working out.

I can'te tell you how many "How much do you bench" "What supplements do you take" "Will you work out with me?" conversations I have had. I finally smartened up and bought headphones and an IPhone. Cut down on those converations dramatically lol

Lol, me too! I also try not to make eye contact with anyone.

I'm not a jerk, but I spend about 90 mins with Cardio there 5-6 days a week already!

I answer...

More than you, legal ones, and no lol.

At one point, years ago, when I was working in a gym, I wore mirrored Oakleys to totally do away with eye contact.

I don't have to deal with any of those problems, not sure if it's a good thing, sounds like I'm missing out on a lot of fun. LOL
