Not bad.

You know what. It's pathetic. Full time student with access to a nice facility that I already pay for and I still don't get off my butt. Need to change that.

Hows your squat?

I did a 355lb incline Thursday night...10lbs off my PR. Not bad considering the issues I'm battling.

I got an iffy back depending on the day. My squat can be 475lbs at times depedning on carb load and what not. Can deadlift 475 at 175lbs bodyweight. Really aiming for that 500lb mark. Been slacking after my last bodybuilding show cause I'm getting married in 2 weeks. My bench is awful I separated my clavicle from the shoulder girdle in a motorcycle accident 14 months ago so I kind of baby it. My flat bench is 355lbs at 180lbs with a slingshot. So realistically my max bench is no better than 315.

Takes 2 weeks to start a new habit lol! Get up and get it! It's an hour a day tops. There's no reason to be there any longer unless your stacking some cardio for 30 minutes on top of it.

I'm still fighting a nasty cold but have continued to lift the best I can, struggled to bench 140 on Friday, how sad but in my defense I'm sick as a dog. My squats weren't as bad today, managed 3x8@225, eating a bit more and being able to breathe a little helps I guess. Being old and sick together really sucks. lol.

It just compromises your immune system more. Working out increases chortisol. Slows down your recovery time. Would be better off pounding food and water for 3 days and then feel ship shape to smash it again.

I suffer the same thing both when I am sick and dealing with injuries....

Monique looked at me tonight and said I did not look comfortable under the bar benching.
