|
The only thing I dislike about my HOA is having to get my neighbors to sign off on any work I do to the house. New roof and all new double pane windows installed last year. Had to have two neighbors sign before work could begin. Other than that it's no biggie to me.

That's another thing: HOA dues are eternal rent payments. And if you don't pay, they can foreclose on your house. Again, go **** yourself

my brother had a neighbor, and the HOA made him not park his delivery truck there.
guy had to park 2 blocks down and walk home

I know people that have an HOA that don't allow Christmas decorations because it might offend someone in the neighborhood.
