Not really. HOA's are just a huge pet peeve there is absolutely no statistical data to support their claims of helping I preserve properly values by making everyone conform to a bs code. Additionally everything they monitor are covered under local ordinances. Lastly they give busy bodies and old lonely people something to make someone else's life a living hell. They can go **** themselves for all I care.
