You have several ways to go on this, and I don't know all the conversations (if any) that have gone on since your first post.

However, you do need to get her out as soon as you can. You can do what I first suggested, or you could be "nice" and tell her that she has 3 days to pack up and find a new place to live.

Whichever you choose, you need to do it quickly.

Oh wow! Just came across this and started reading. I am %100 on everyone else's side. Your niceness has been interpreted as a sign of weakness and there is not a nice way to handle it at this point. Swift decisive action, i.e. all her crap out of the house and a possible call to the local sheriffs office to have someone present when she shows up. Just my .02.
