No power lifting or body building here, but I love working out and have been doing for the last 8 years consistently because of my job, and about 5 years before that on and off just to mess around at the gym and waste time. From 20 to 23 I went from 175 pounds to about 220, and from 23 to 28 I varied from 235 to 250, and now I'm holding a steady 220 at 30 years old but at about 10 to 11% body fat.

If anyone needs a ticket to the gun show, just PM me

I don't take that personally. If I can survive the VS. section, I'm more then ok here and I like all cars, even "rice burners"

This has been my work out routine for chest the last 3 weeks.

2 warm up sets on flat bench (135x12)
3 working sets 225x10

Then over to incline dumbells and you "run the rack" of sets of 10 from 30 pounds all the way up. So 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100...etc....at my work we don't have 65s, 85, or 95, so I stopped at 100 today, but I barely got my last rep up. It's a total of 150 reps just on incline alone if you can do it, and I did 120 reps today. I think if I had the 65s, 85s, and 95s I wouldn't have made it all the way to the 100s. If you do this, on the weight that you can't do for a set of 10, you cut the weight in half and do a burn out set of 15 to 20 reps.

This is followed by 3 sets of top cables and bottom cables.

After the cables I did last man standing with my work out partner where we do push ups until one of us stops.

And chest was destroyed after that completely. The whole day while driving at work, every time I turned the steering wheel the pec opposite of where I was turning cramped up. It's a bad ass exercise, but just be sure to have a good spot. Once you get into the upper reps it gets dicey. You can do flat after the incline, but I find on the incline it's easier to ditch the weights if shit goes south.
