What's your bodyweight and lifts?

Monique's bench is stuck and she is bummed :( I told her it's like that sometimes. Sometimes you train your ass off and make no gains then one day it just happens. Time to do something different.

We will be taking a few days off after tonight. Headed to Atlanta for the NHRA Southern Nationals, going to see my step son, and bring Coco back with us for visitation

I love to go. Gone for years....have back row, section E, aisle seats so I have plenty of room. Had these seats for years....keep trying to get same seats even closer to the starting line. People won't give them up.

When I did that comp 2 years ago my BW was 167
Bench was 255, squat was 345, deadlift was 405( I sumo pull in comps). I won first in the class but my bench really holds me back.

so does this mean I can't come in anymore since I'm not a power lifter or a body builder? cause if so.... I'm still coming in lol
I'm certainly calling today an arm and upper back day.
just washed, an a clay bar over the car and then waxed my car. it looks amazing right now!
