Does anyone know why longtube headers produce the rice shaking/rattlesnake noise when accelerating pay 2k rpm to 3k rpm

No not the rasp..I know of that but the rice noise between 2 through 3k rpm seems to be only when car isnt warm enough? Its makes it kinda embarassing to really gas it
