You just have to get it nice and wet. Helps slide it around until you have it right where you want it.

Why am I not surprised. And yes Cari you spray the surface and the vinyl with water so you can slide it into place and then you press out the water. That is how I installed my rear trunk black-out.

this is how I installed my front fascia black out. A little bit of soapy water in a spray Bottle and just spray the sticky side and where you intend on applying it. Once you placed it where you want squeeze all the water out and it helps of you use a blow dryer with heat to make it quicker
