All these stories are great motivation. I wasn't able to find a good 'before pic' of me since I tried avoiding cameras at all costs. These are recent tho. I'm also attaching a Super-Superset routine I do a couple times a week. Gotta trick those muscles into shape!

Here's my mug:

And a body shot: (shadows help)

Here's the routine:
Super Supersets

Keep Body in Fat burn for 48hrs

Warm up - Stretch

Jumprope - 8 sets 1 min each (max effort) Full speed.

M-F *Pick 3 Combos Twice a Week
5 sets of 6 reps

Barbell Bench Press - Med. Grip
Barbell Squat

Overhand Pullups
Front Barbell Squat

Standing Military Press
Good Mornings (barbell only on neck, knees slightly bent, lean foward, back straight, look straight.

Barbell Deadlift
Pushups

Bent Over Barbell Row (pull toward waist).
Front Barbell Squat

Power Clean from Blocks
Barbell Squat

Incline Dumbbell Press
Overhead Squat

Bench Dips
Kneeling Jump Squat (!)

Upright Barbell Row
Barbell Lunges

Metabolic Strength Workout
(Must be FAST)

Barbell Deadlift - 3 sets 6 reps
Explosive Burpees - 3 sets of 12

I started last August on this weight loss kick. As of this morning I'm down to 175. I started at 220.

All the running pays off.

Wednesday - No workout (class night) but I did do squats, lunges, pushups, jumping jacks, and lumber jack squats while I watched one tv show before bed.
Thursday - No workout (class night) but I did run stairs three times at work so a total of 6 flights x 3 per round x 3 = 54 flights of stairs.
Friday - Nike Training Club - Get Lean - Intermediate - 30 min Body Surge
Saturday - Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance

And I have no idea what I'll do tonight. Haven't thought that far, still half asleep.

Ps. A neat thing I figured out. If any of you guys are a Reeses Cup or Pieces fan, try buying Cheerios new Multi Grain Peanut Butter Cheerios, I eat a cup dry for a snack every once and a while and they taste almost like little reeses pieces. They almost make me guilty to eat them.

Nutritional Facts: http://www.cheerios.com/Products/Mul...-Peanut-Butter
