On Aug 31, 2012 that'll cap 22 years, 2 months, and 7 days of active service. It's been wonderful. Didn't enjoy every minute, but every minute was well worth it. HYFR...Hell Yeah F u c k i n g Retired!!!

Gary, thanks a lot for the warm welcome to PacNorWest. I really had a great time serving, and doing what was a truly difficult job at times. The pay was horrible at first, but that's not why I joined. I met some fantastic people. Served under some great commanders, and had some outstanding Marines that worked for me. They made me look good. Through peacetime and war, it was a blessing to do it.
