Same. I think it is because I spend less time exposed on hardcore. Move from cover to cover, popping out to shoot (which usually results in a kill). Where as with regular, you have to stay exposed longer to dump 5 or 10 rounds into a guy to get the kill. by which time the other team knows exactly where you are...

Those are good points, but with search and destroy, there is just no way you can be a team player and get out with 25 - 0


You'd have to be the only guy on your team killing the other team......... and you'd still have to loose a few games... and god forbid you ever had to defuse the bomb, because their whole team knows where you are going

i tried S&D, didnt really like it, i used to be more of a ground war guy, then my uncle got me into HCTD, and i didnt really like that at 1st, didnt like losing my HUD. but now id gladly give up my HUD for people to die when i shoot them

and im not a sniper, nor to i hide, i run around and forget what cover is used for.

im possibly the most impatient Sniper ever i sit in 1 place for 2 min then i run around and end up getting in a Close quarters Fire Fight

its to bad the Acogs suck or id run around with the Intervention/acog and destroy ppl

2 minutes is too long for me, sometimes i pull out the M21, and its run, see a guy, stop and shoot, and run again, i cant stand still for more then 12 seconds

the m21 is actually a good close quarter sniper, but in every map i shoot one guy and he makes it his life goal to kill me so that kinda ruins it:(

Bad company 2 is out (beta,and need a key,which I have) and battlefield 3 will be out later on this year . Both will have dedicated servers . I believe bad company 2 is 16 vs 16 (32) and battlefield 3 is rumored to be 40 vs 40 (80). The full release is for BC2 is march 2nd . I have a feeling there will be alot less MW2 players after these come out.

I don't carry guns as a secondary weapon...I love the Stinger...I love seeing my name when I destroy "the plane...the plane!" I've taken down 15 AC130s so far...and countless jets and helicopters

I generally grab an assault riffle, and a silenced Raffica for close range.

I always have one pack with a light machine gun and missiles (right now its the M240G and the javelin) for taking down enemy air support.

Interesting news about BC2 and Battlefield, might have to look into those.
