So true. Long before the ZL1 and this new GT500 I had my butt handed to me at the track by:

WRX
ZR1
MX-5
GT-R

But that's OK as I've spanked the above, well except the Nissan, along with Porsches on other days. Doesn't matter as I could beat on my car all day long, win or lose (do to speak) and still drive her home with a big smile on my face. I cant wait to run the Shelby or the ZL1 for no other reason except to see 'em live on the track.

My point is I have ZERO problem with you. None at all. I'm only asking that you please consider the frustration that we have to deal with when people can't do what what you just did and ONLY post on behalf of the GT500.

Hopefully you can see that we don't silence the debate... We just are really tired of some who have to come over here and spread "propaganda"

It's been going on a lot longer than you've been a member here and every now and then we crack down on it.

It's almost become administrative.

But this site is for camaro enthusiasts... And we will always slant the site towards them.

Hope that makes sense.

who Mr. Smith is and give him complete respect. When Mr. Smith runs a number and says that's it - I take is like the Good Lord said it.

I knew Mr. Smith as someone who would drive the sh1t out of a
car. I would not give that trust to most anyone else.

I currently own a Mustang so the only educated posts I can make are about or referenced via the Mustang. But I like the ZL1 too. Thats freakin awesome if true...

It's pretty evident already with the first base runs of the new Shelby, that it's gonna smoke the Z at the strip no doubt. But with traps that high, a roll race on the highway with a ZL1 would flat out be embarrassing...

It's not gonna be pretty once the videos start popping up on youtube...

On another note... I can't believe the 2013 Shelby's are hitting the streets already. People are still waiting for their 2012 ZL1's...

I dont know about this 11.5 @ 127 thing. I can believe the 11.5 but 127 trap???? I really need to see proof of this before I believe it.
