My hubby sure did light up when he saw some of the yoga poses...looked like he had some ideas pop into his head!

Seriously though, when doing my yoga and my stretching, I can go deeper into the poses/stretches than when I started!

Good to see most are keeping at it and making good progress. I was hoping to reach new goals in lifting myself but don't think it's gonna happen, small injury at work is gonna set me back a bit but the rest will probably do me some good, keep up the good work all.

Hit the gym today. YAY for no more headache! Did 40 minutes of elliptical. Then did some weights and 60 lunges with weights. My legs were JELLO.

Dinner was steak, broccoli and uncle ben's 90 second brown rice (checked the ingrediants: water, whole wheat parboiled brown rice, canola and/or sunflower oil). Was delicious!

great job badgebunny keep it up, today was a rest day at the gym but i still did some workout and went for a run. now just making dinner chicken in the over with broccoli normandy and a small bake potato and water

NPC competitions has a new division for men now........"Mens Physique" division! You don't have to be a bodybuilder full of mass steroid muscles anymore! Just thought I'd let you guys know! and you can wear swim trunks too!
