That doesn't make sense. Even if they just take your 11 cents and give you back the appropriate quarter, the register would still be even at the end of the day

True true maybe its just because he waited till she/he seperated all the change not that it is hard or anything but these places of work arent the most pleasant to work for to begin with. I know my first job was at a fast food restaurant and it sucked badly. I learned a lot of things but until you work at one you will never know how miserable it really is.

Not to mention a lot of people look down on the people that work at a place like this. I couldnt stand when people would give you that feeling like you are lower then them. That right there alone will make a person not give a shit.

I've never had to work fast food (knock wood) but I never got this mentality.
