I think you are just being really stubborn. no a pressure cooker by itself is not a wmd. it was used as a bomb. how is this hard to understand? I mean, it's basically an over sized grenade, when you put c4, or what ever explosives they put in it. They didn't just put pressure in the pressure cooker, and have it blow up on it's own...they used explosives inside the pressure cooker. is it that hard to understand?

A car by itself is not a WMD. Yes you kill someone with it, but if its just a car then it's not a WMD. You can kill people with a rock, water, etc. None of those are WMD.

A car's primary purpose isn't to inflict as many casualties as possible.

An IED made out of a pressure cooker is a whole different story.
