When you get the keyboard on your phone is dependent on the app in the XB1. For instance when inputting a code for XB Live you get the keyboard because you get a full size keyboard on the screen. In Netflix they don't put a full size keyboard so you must navigate through it like you were on a remote.

So let me ask this.

If you guys were going to buy an XB1 today knowing what you know now, what would you consider to be the essentials?

I know I need a second controller and I like the rechargeable base I have with my 360. What else as far as accessories?

Also do you guys generally buy a hard copy of your games or just download them?

I'm planning on buying an XB1 next week.

I have only downloaded games so far. I really wish Microsoft would have stuck with their original DRM policies.

When I bought my XB1 I knew that a second controller and one play and charge kit was a must.

I personally like to have a copy of my game, as I said before my internet connection is horrible and it would take a long time do download over 20Gb.

I bought a play and charge kit, but I really wish I would have just bought this instead.

http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-lice...gizer+xbox+one

2 batteries and a base to charge two controllers for $30, can't beat that. Also officially supported by Microsoft.

I buy physical copies, but I also like to have my collection on display instead of just on my console.

Newegg currently has Forza 5 bundle for $499. Also no sales tax.

They use to have Titanfall & Forza 5 for $499, but that deal seems to be over.

I'm going to go with either that Energizer one or the Nyco version. I have the Nyco for my 360 and it has been flawless.

Are the games cheaper if you download instead of getting an actual disc?

Also I will probably buy the XB1 from BestBuy they will give me 24 months interest free. Hell I'll use someone else's money for 2 years... lol

Same price, more time to pay. That way it won't interfere with modding of the Camaro... lol

Excellent. Makes the 360 controller feel awful.
