Hubby's brother is on vacation in France. He will be in the city/Paris Sunday. Said he's not far from the attacks. Very dangerous times.

I finally had a chance to get some better pictures of my new Silverado after I washed it today. I am still learning how to use all of the new features I have especially the MyLink system with the Bose sound . I really love how comfortable this truck is to drive its like a luxury car on a truck frame. Its going to be great on long road trips.

Sorry I missed you. I was there from 3:15 till 4:00. I didn't see your Impala or Chevelle and I needed to get back to the hotel for dinner. Saw some really cool cars!

Looking forward to the Daytona Turkey Run in a couple of weeks!

Yeah - I think Matt's suspension was a little too harsh. NASCAR should have sat them both down and warned them before it escalated to where it did. I will say that Matt taking the leader out when he was 9 laps down is a much different scenario than Joey tapping Matt's bumper while going for the lead. I'll post some pics from the race!

I'm sure all will be fine, security is tighter than ever. Intimidation is their only tool, so trying to strike fear into folks is all they got.

He was on a river cruise when it all happened, and Paris was scheduled for Sunday, the 15th, but it has been cancelled. He did look at the map and said his hotel is not far from the attacks.

Maybe next time he'll go with his other brother on vacation, he's in the Dominican Republic. Goes four or five times a year and he is look'n at a beach house. Who knows, he may retire there, tired of New England winters.

Then again, what Ol Fart wants to stroll on the beach everyday and be forced to look at gorgeous females strutting around in their little tiny string bikinis. Those poor Ol Farts...... LOL
