I had to get a new Ins. also Rick. Good Ol Blue Cross Blue Shield Dropped me. They gave Medicare the blame! Of course Medicare said we have no idea what they are talking about? So there I was with out a supplemental. Luckily October is the Month you can pickup new or change existing coverage. All's good, really I ended up with Better coverage.

Little nervous about buffing it out though and if i had any common sense left i'd just pay a pro to do it.

Oh well, after a couple beers i'll have a pretty good plan of attack.
Yep, I've thought about that too, but I know the auto spa will do a good job.

Bad news is that the 101st has just announced they will be deploying to Iraq & Kuwait. Still I have him close by for a while.
I know you are glad to have him there.

Congrats on the new truck Zandron. Can't wait to see the photos.

Drove the Impala over to the West Gate Hot Rod Night. Got there too late to park with the older cars, so I ended up parking with the new Challengers/Chargers and Vettes. There were some older cars in that area though, more late arrivals like me. I'm surprised no 5th gens come to this cruise, might have to take mine there one night.

However, I have a gentleman VERY interested in buying the Impala. He is coming here tomorrow during my lunch break to look at the car in the daylight and drive it. Wonder if he will be a buyer or a pretender.

If he buys it, what will I do Friday night?

No sale as of now, but I am OK with that.

I mean, it's very obvious to me this Impala is not "restored". I never claimed it to be restored.

I'll be over PIR tomorrow for the Find New Roads Tour, then Pavilions later. I'll be driving my blue drop top and my buddy will have a blue '67 Camaro RS SS hardtop.

If I had to guess, we should be over Pavilions between noon and 1 PM. Not sure how long I will stay though. Hopefully we can say hi Trickskier.

Rick - Wish I could make it but I have dealer meetings in the morning and a team building exercise tomorrow afternoon. Neither of which I can get out of 😟
Maybe next time - I would really like to see your Chevelle!

Sounds good to me! Hope all goes well with your activities. Enjoy the weather because Monday, it gets cold (for us) here.

Getting really cold here tonight; maybe in the 20's.....Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I gathered the last flourish of my roses. I was surprised to see quite a few buds still. I kept 3 yellow roses, 2 peach rose buds & 5 or 6 of my small red roses. The rest were too far past their prime or already shattering. The first box of the pictures I sent off came back. I'll have to get on the old computer to download them from the CD onto the computer then load them onto thumb drives for the kids.

This weekend I also need to get some curtains & curtain rods for my office in the new school. I had just put up some burlap with tape but it won't hold anymore. I need a more attractive & permanent solution.

I also need to find some sound absorbing cloth wall hangings & maybe a white noise machine or small water fountain. Need to settle in there as soon it will end up being my full time school & htey will hire someone else to take on my other schools plus another one that has requested services.

I have just got to figure out how to get myself back on track to consistently go to my dance exercise classes. Before I took my workout clothes to work with me, changed at work & went straight to class. Now I come home & either get settled in & forget or just talk myself out of bothering.

Really glad it is the weekend though. Have a good one everyone.

Officially jealous except for the fact that my driver is suspended. I say good for him though. I'm glad he's not just doing the politically correct thing and rolling over for NASCAR and Team Penske brats.
