did straight leg deads, deads, bent over rows, rows with machines, pullback machine, lats front and behind the head, wide gripped pull ups, and some machine curls

talk about a hell of a day

oh yeah, and the toll roads are killing me. i pay about $5-7 a day in toll roads.

but yes, family is keeping me sane, until i move. lol
