I've been watching it. Still kind of mixed feelings on it. Hopefully it gets better.

I'm a pretty big fan of SG, even bought myself a PS90 and one of these days I"ll do the tax stamp to put the 10.25" barrel on it

They charters just don't seem to click like the old original tv cast did, bad acting aside.

Which is probably the fault of syfy as they don't spend enough on the show they make. They try to make 20 shows and 30 movies a year and do them all halfass instead of a few really good ones.

The 3rd grade special effect they use in their made for TV movies is just insulting.

Just gimme a few good ones and leave the crap made stuff for other networks who don't specalize in sifi.

Like stupid smallville, its the gay effects that makes me not watch.
Gonna make a show about superman but cheap out on the effects? LAME

doubt that. look at the design of the one in the episode light. different design. highly doubt the ancients would have two completely different shuttle designs like that on the ship.

trying to upload a picture of both. on top of the fact after episode 3 the ship that leaves the destiny isn't docked on a docking pad or anything. it's just laying on the hull.

Oh, but I actually know him. Also, the girl from my work (who delivered my steel this morning!) was an extra (soldier, I believe) for a couple of episodes. o.O

Also, I don't watch the show.

Sir Nuke - another thing we have in common - SG fan since the original movie. So far SGU is dark like BSG and searching for its footing before it slips into the predictable story arcs the franchise is know for... I'll give it more of a chance than I gave Sancturary...

Yes it may get better in time if the actors can connet off set, to connet on set. You just can't fake when actors click.
