Had a nice chat with a TN Highway Patrol Officer ... - Page 2

I have a funny one.
This past weekend I met up with several friends at a local restaurant / bar for a meet and greet. We decided to leave and head back to one friends house, and I pulled up beside her at the red light (in her camaro RS with a v6). I revved the engine a couple of times, she laughed and says i cant touch that. Well I called myself looking for cops behind us, at which point the light turns green and I laid down 2 nice marks through 3rd gear and proceeded to the spped limit. I look over and see a sherriff's car pull along side and slow down to my speed, as I hung my head down and got ready to make my way over to the side of the road I look over and the 2 officer's were laughing and giving a thumbs up and telling me how awesome that was.

I was traveling down I-95 in Fl. toward Daytona last year and spotted a nice lookig Corvette up ahead so I increased my speed about 10 over posted to catch up since I owned a Vette I just wanted to take a look,well as I got closer I saw a shield on the side and knew it was a Fl. state patrol car.Well needless to say I backed off.A few miles down the road I pulled off to fuel up and he was sitting in his car at the gas staion,I started a conversation with him and he laughed about me pulling up along side to get a look,said he gets that a lot,It turns out that car was confiscated with less than 1100 miles on it. Be ware of a black C-6 ZO6 on I-95 around Jacksonville.

I was headed south on I 59 out of Chattanooga, TN, after stopping for gas there was a long entrance ramp getting back on I59, and not much traffic so I let her beath. I hit the end of the ramp at about 95 mph and as I was slowing to cruizing speed, I spotted a TN Trooper off the side of the road, he pulled out and tailed me for a minute,the pasted me with a wave and stopped another car
