Enjoy raising your children and driving your Honda Minivan for the next 20 years. It's a rite-of-passage. When you come back to the Camaro fold in 20 years, who knows what the 8th Gen will look like!

So what is the question? Should you have kids or should you look for a used Cadillac CTS?
Keep the camaro buy a small SUV. DO NOT BUY A MINIVAN!!!
Go forth and multiply.

I'm getting married this year....and who knows when the kids will come. What I do know is, that unless something horrible happens job-wise, or economy-wise beyond my control, I will still be keeping my Camaro. I'll be trading up my extended cab Ford Ranger for a different crew cab truck.

It is a bit hard to understand from your post, but sounds like you only have a Camaro, and you wife has the G6 correct. If so...definitely go find yourself a Pontiac G8 or CTS-V if you still need a sexy car. If you yourself own both the Camaro and G6, well then its a no brainer....get rid of that G6.

My future wife will likely own a sporty looking SUV someday....but a minivan will not end up in our garage.....ever.

Wink IMPLIED FACE PALM @ CASEY ANTHONY. . . OH and 4X4 SUV . . something a MAN can drive.

IMHO You can still keep your man card with a big a$& 4X4 SUV. Just stay away from minivans & you'll be fine. . . OH I agree with "keep the Camaro" . . (my kids LOVE our Camaro)

As far as the Casey Anthony posts, I have more taste than to even go there. . . . . and that's coming from . . . . "Z28RockStar"

If that don't tell ya sumthin' . . . .

When i was car shopping for something 4 door for the winter I came across at 2005 CTS-V. Not supercharged I believe 5.7L V8 but it really still got up and went. 60k miles they wanted something like 17,500 bucks for it. Gotta keep the faith and keep looking.

I can say that I have a Hyundai Santa Fe 2.7L V6 for the winter months. Its pretty good on gas I avg ~20.5MPG City and about mid 20s on the highway. You can probably snag one of those awd for ~5,000 in decent shape.

Hope it all works out for you.

Just buy a porsche cayenne. They look fast, for an SUV. Not as fast as a CTS-V but the base model looks fast and it will satisfy your wife.

I know. I tried to get one awhile back myself and I couldn't believe what people are wanting for them.
