I dont know how thatll be handled. When I lived on the KY side of the border the cost was covered completely even though I had a $500 deductible. I was just told that now that we are in TN we have to pay 20% of the costs.

In RI, the same deductible applies to the windshield as the rest of the vehicle.

As a result I continue to drive my truck with a huge crack, halfway up, 60% across.

When I got home I tried to turn off the headlights and I broke the headlight switch! Now I need to plug it in and unplug it to turn them on and off! Hehehehehe

In VA you have to have comprenhesive coverage to coverage glass breakage. The deductible varies from policy to policy. On a lot of polices there is no comp deductible. Comp aslo covers fire, theft and anything other than collision.

So safelite wont touch it (cant fix the crack anyway) and I scoured EVERY boneyard on the island to come up with zlich, no windshield or headlight switch.....

What does this mean?

Keep driving as is, pray the camaro comes soon... when it does.......
