Awesome car but an more aggressive front fascia would have been nice.

Saw one at a car show not too long ago. I thought it looked very sharp!

I wonder what type of performance we will see from the new M3 or has the M5 always been the quicker of the two? BMW probably is not happy the Boss 302 stole the spotlight from the M3, and you see how they are firing back at the CTS-V for what it did to the M5.

i agree, that v10 was a race engine. loved it. but BMW wanted a better MPG and power car. as you already know. i am with you the v10 was the man even if it was less powerful.

it's like the guy in the first video studied how the top gear presenters talk when reviewing a car for months before making this video. His rhythm and some mannerisms are eerily similar.

Yes M5 is an interesting package. Yes, that 7 speed DCT (dual clutch transmission) helps it scoot along. The new pre-loading shift logic on the Zl1 cuts some of that advantage, but it will help future models once the GM 8 Speed arrives. |

Agreed, it is amazing what they aredoing these days to get more from less so to speak. Transmissions are a huge part of this, not only DCTs, but also transmissions like the ZF 8 speed auto, that sliced basically a second of the 300/Chargers 0-60 time with the V6 and makes the Audi S4 a very low 13 second car with what, 320 HP?
