fwiw - The 2006 Ford GT does not have the radiator screen that the 2005 Ford GT has. They said the change was for more air flow. I guess every little bit helps.
I'm talking about the Ford GT, not the Mustang GT. I have not heard any owners of the 2006 Ford GT complain about foreign objects striking the radiator. |

I think the sample and use size of Ford GT compared to GT500 is a little low for reliable metrics.. but, maybe that's just me..

Okay, so the point of the open grill is to get air. Do the vents on top let air out? There are already reports (true or not) of the ZL1 suffering heat soak. With a larger supercharger, is the '13 GT500 susceptible to heat soak as well?

Turn the hood in to a Peltier Unit with the heat pipes welded directly on to the engine. Plug it in to the alternator... Boom.. A hood hot enough to bake a turkey in less time than it takes someone to mention ZL1 vs GT500.
