I'm still keeping an eye on you guys, just to make sure you're not slacking off. LOL

It's good to see your determination as that is half the battle.

I just started lifting again yesterday, still a little sore after the surgery but I'll just take it easy for a bit longer until I'm fully healed. Felt good to get my blood flowing.

Getting ready to hit the gym again in a few myself.

Well, since I've started back at it I guess these will be my starting pictures. If I heal quickly I figure 6-8 weeks to be back where I was before the blowout. I guess it's also time to admit, I'm a pump junky. LOL.

Believe me there is a big difference between now and 6-7 weeks ago when I had my injury. I lost about an inch in my arms and gained a couple in the midsection as well as up 7lbs. Don't even want to calculate body fat right now. Still can't do any lower body or big lifts such as squats (my favorite exercise) or deadlifts, once I can start doing those again I'll make rapid gains.

Feels so good be back in the gym! Chest day! (I know is Mondays) very good workout! Mixing bench press with cables to maximize the blood flow and get the chest big!

Ooops must have missed this.

Yes I have been here a looooooooooooong time.
I tend to lurk around the off topic/fitness threads. I'm working towards becoming a personal trainer, and I'm one of those crazy crossfit people.
