I recommend both of these mods, but they aren't "WOW" mods. Don't expect big noticeable changes. Instead with these two you should expect the car to feel a bit more crisp and responsive at low rpms (the ported T/B) and the car to have more midrange pick up from the black ice. The black ice also definitely helps to keep the intake cool, which is a great bonus.

What is sad is that $750 sounds expensive, but in reality it is a freaking steal for the kit. You could buy it, and likely turn around and sell it for several hundred more.

I want the GM front "Dusk" splitter....but its like $700 dumb dollars....for 5 foot wide piece of plastic. Ridiculous!

You might think about throwing a V8 dif and the needed other parts in the car and changing gears to wake it up a bit.

also compliment the nitrous nicely getting these pigs up out of the hole.

I'd be dubious of the 10 hp increase. I think Tracy found a 5 hp in a bone-stock car and basically nothing after that. But, as long as the TB is smoothed or spiraled out, yeah it should all be the same. Anyone care to chime in?

But I know it is not done with. Hopefully there will be more to come on this and Yellow_Glide will be able to do more with it soon. I have talked with him recently, and he's been busy and away from home. The car hasn't been driven much at all lately.
alright. thanks for the update!

Granted that was for an IOM painted one, I didn't ask how much just a normal one would be but I would stil say it is a lot....guess I'll be creeping the exterior members for sale section.

That 750 for the entire kit is a steal. Like the people above have said when I looked at getting the just the front splitter it was about 500 bucks un painted if you could find one since several places will not sell just the front. Adding the paint I was at 650 for a front splitter. Needless to say I changed my mind about one since in my opinion the GM GFX and the ACS TF2 are the only ones that look good on the V6 and they both are an arm and leg.

Honestly I wish there were an aftermarket replacement ECU, if that's possible on our cars.

I think anything new coming for the LLT as far as tunes or bolt ons is pretty much done, sadly.
