All of this talk about Pizza is killing me. My favorite food in the world, and I can't have it for a few more months.

Don't sweat it. Just realize it was good but you need to stay strict now and it won't hurt at all. Then you'll be ready for another treat at the right time.

Cheating is a necessary evil for all diets If you're eating a small slice of cake every other week, it's not really going to make a difference. You need to reward yourself for good work. Two weeks with no cheating calls for a reward!

Well, I am happy to say that I am officially under 200 lbs today. (199 lbs ).

Aside from feeling 100% better emotionally, physically, and mentally...I love the compliments I keep getting from people who had not seen me in a month.

Main diet food that made it possible: (I love spicy food FYI)

SALAD: Spinach leaf bag salad w/ lemon juice, crushed lemon pepper, a few jalapeno slices, spicy vinegar from jalapeno jar, and a sprinkle of red chili pepper seeds. (1 cup to 2 cups of salad everyday)

SOUP: Progresso Chicken noodle soup w/ a few jalapeno slices or Tapatio hot sauce. (1 to 2 double serving cans of these everyday)

SHAKE: Low calorie cappuccino, french vanilla, or Chai tea flavored 110 calorie shakes from the Meta-fast diet system. (2 to 4 [8 oz] of these everyday)

SNACK: ACT II buttered popcorn (only a one serving bag in a day), red vines (only one 5 vine serving per day)

DRINK: Lot's of water of course, 0 calorie diet sodas (no more than 48 fl oz per day), black coffee w/o sweeteners or cream. (as much as I need if I need get up energy, morning only and only 2 cups at the most per morning), absolutely no alcoholic beverages (since I went alcohol abstinent back in 2010), no fruit juice during the dieting.

FRUITS: Bananas (1 large in a day, or 2 small in a day), lemon (on salads), no other fruits.

VEGGIES: Spinach leaf, (peas, carrots, celery all in the chicken noodle soup), jalapenos (in my soup and salads), nothing else.

^This is how I lost 29 lbs in 35 days with no exercise other than just taking a 20 minute walk 3 to 4 days a week.

I plan to increase my food intake but now find that anything greasy I try to eat makes me feel sick, I ate a slice of pizza 2 days ago and I finally feel like I recovered from the stomach ache. It sure tasted good though

Here are a couple of pics (before, after, now)....

That's awesome! People underestimate just how big of a deal those 20 minute walks are to be honest. In combination with your diet, it makes for good weight loss. Keep up the good work!

Just checking in and I see you guys talking about my fav food...PIZZA! This boy can eat his body weight in pizza. I've found a low carb recipe I need to try out. Can't remember if I shared this before so here it is just in case:

http://www.instructables.com/id/Low-...omemade-sauce/

Workouts are still kicking, and that pyramid workout I've been doing the past month is working well. I've put on a little size, and finally dropped below the 9% body fat barrier! I was 8.7% this morning at 159lbs.

I've decided I wanted a bit quicker results so I've started doing CrossFit on Tues and Thurs evenings along with the weight lifting on MWF. It's way different than the standard body building I'm used to, but I think it's gonna be effective.

For those that aren't aware, you basically start off stretching and all that, then there's a lift portion that kind of like olympic lifts (dead lifts, snatch cleans, stuff like that), then there's a "MetCon" which is for metabolic conditioning. The lifts and all that were no problem for me since I'm used to that, but that MetCon kicked my ass.

It was 3 rounds (for time) of:

200 jump rope singles
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

Took me 8:16 to complete it and I had to lay down on the floor LOL.

Everything was easy but that dang jump rope. On the third round I was seeing fireworks and it thoroughly kicked my ass.

So jealous! There are no crossfit gyms in my area!! Been looking for WODs I can do from home.

Alot of my fitness blog buddies do it but they live in bigger cities.

Yeah, a gal I graduated from HS with runs the gym....I wasn't sure how I'd like it but it's a good workout and lots of fun. MUCH better than fooling around on a treadmill for 45 minutes.

Yeah I did some WODs with a friend but I've never been to a gym. It was fun and it was a nice change. I really would like to join one. Maybe one day.
