I gotta admit thought the 5-series is much nicer in person. Pictures dont do it justice, that's from someone who's had time in all the seats.

Well at least the 2008

GM does make some nice ones, especially in recent years. There were some from a few years ago that weren't so great, but they have come around quite nicely. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the new LaCrosse, both inside & out!!!!!!
What's the deal with the RAV4 steering wheel? It looks like a melted snowball.

I've got nothing against the Camry or the Mercs, but the other toyotas/lexus and the accord . Was someone being beaten to death when they came up with that CRV interior? The had to have been hoping to make anyone who ever saw it feel exactly like they did at the time. CTS-V FTMFW. LaCrosse, Terrain and Equinox are really good too. And as of this thread I'm not so much a fan of the Camaro Interior. It's unique and interesting but I'm 50/50 on it.

It looks awkward online and on paper...I'll even admit to that.

But when you finally/actually sit in it...it just....works. (And it looks like the $hit at night, ) That's all I can really say to describe it. It fits the personality of the car, and it just works fantastically in real life: both in form and function.

2009 Chevrolet Malibu...

Malibu's only shortcoming is its lack of navigation...an issue that will be corrected with the EpII Malibu.

NAV dosent mean much to me as i usually purchase my own systems. the reason i like to do this is that these systems are updateable via computer. 5 years down the road you can find yourself with a NAV system that dosent update if you get the factory installed one.

i suppose the German's have high quality materials, but the designs look unchanged from a decade ago.
i do have to say the Camaro's interior is less interesting to look at than other new GM cars.

I think you may find that the Camaro's interior is the most "user friendly" of the ones shown... some of those center stacks are downright scary... they have more keys than my computer keyboard.

No thanks!

It's too "busy" and too "retro-y" for me.... and guages that don't have black backgrounds are soooooo 1995.

lol. the camaro interior is very very busy if you get that 4 pack cluster.

i simply dont like the very very square gauge housings.

and as for the white background on the stang.......its not really a point of interest for me..........black or white .......dont matter to me

The only thing I don't like is the area above the glovebox. I can understand their dilemma though. I've had this car roughly a month and I've still yet to think of anything that would look good there. Thing is, its such a big area. Something too small won't look good and yet, something too big will be too distracting and take away from the rest of the interior.
