I've already given notice to my supervisor that when I do get the call-

a) I will be leaving work immediately, and without explanation
b) Will not be back for the remainder of that day
3) Will not be in the next work day
4) May or may not be in the day after that
E) Don't expect any calls from me, or for me to answer the phone if he calls
F) The day I finally do show back to work, don't expect a lot of work to get done

We have an understanding.
