Wamu was the bank I had with those 4 overdraft fees. They took care of 2 of them immediately. The other two took a little persuading.

However, not only did they cancel the subscriptions, the lady on the phone offered to reimburse us the full amount that we have paid since the subscriptions began 3 months ago (Hubby paid the last two bills w/o noticing the game downloads). So we are getting a credit of nearly $70.00 on our next bill. I was completely shocked and amazed!
And that is why I <3 T-Mobile. A few years ago my father dropped his phone in the bathtub (still not sure how the hell that happened, but whatever), called T-Mobile up, explained the situation, and they just said "Well, since your account has been open since 1997 we'll just send you a new phone at no charge. Thanks for your loyalty."

Sounds like you need a savings account to go on the side for overdraft protection. If you screw up your balance they will at no charge pull the money from your savings and put it in your checking. Heck of a lot better than those 35.00 pops.....

If you aren't a frequent mover or need locations in multiple states please move your business to a local bank. Local banks are being penalized for the bigger banks screw ups. Smaller banks are known for customer support and relationships.

For example you have $100 in your account.

You buy some thing for $10.00, then somthing for $25.00 then something for $5.00 then something for $52.00 then something for $5.00 then $25.00.

$122 total right.

Well you would of went over on the last $25.00 charge.

Wrong, the bank would charge you the $52 then the 2 $25 charges to already put you over, so you pay fees on the $10 and two $5.00 charges. At $30 a pop they just made $90 off you insted of $30.

Its a scam and they finally are changing things.
This is very accurate and i have seen this before. I hate banks and credit cards, I wont have a credit card and don't even like using my debit card. They are like a machine with no sympathy for anyone.

Why would anyone pay for a coke or a cheeseburger with a credit card or debit card?????? I can see using the card for a $50 purchase, but a purchase less than $5???
