deer get hit here daily along with porcupines, skunks, elk, mountain lion, cows and even horses. i have never heard of anyone around here hitting a bear. this is why we think something was after it.

I hit a squirell in a Cadillac... :\ lol I tried to miss it, but it was an 88 Brougham, and I stillgot him, and I still feel bad!

seeing it was dark in the middle of the mountains i unfortunatly didnt take pics. I was more worried about my family and the other traffic that may hit it in the middle of the road.

What kind of bear was it? I'm guessing it was a brown or black bear? The story would be awesomely exciting if it was a grizzly... but then there'd be a hell of a lot more damage to your truck. Grizzlies are so gargantuan!

I hit 4 deer at ONCE! Driving the GMC 2500HD... it was... GRUESOME! Even the poor law enforcement office kept looking around going "OH MY GOD!"
