Nobody's moved by it because it's not true. There will always be super cars. We just have to find a smarter way of building them. But if saving the environment means no more rich **stards can have Aston Martin's so be it.

Mother Earth > Any Car.....period.

P.S. Clarkson's a Douche Bag anyway. And then he tries to get all touchy feely......oh brother!

I hate to say it but he's right that thease cars are going away, but not for the super rich.
they will always be able to get want they want. We will be the ones driving the junk. Big power is on the brink of being gone forever. Be happy with what you got.

They said the same thing when all the smog bs was introduced. Then when fuel injection was introduced. Give me a break, if they build cars nobody wants then they wont sell them. Simple as that.

The 'death' of the super cars happened in the 1970's, right? That is why you are all driving Camaros with a MINIMUM of 300 horsepower and getting over 20MPG, right?

We have seen a steady increase in performance year after year since 1982 - and a decrease in pollution.

Hell, I drive a 500 horse supercar that still manages to pollute less than ANYTHING that they had in the 1970's!
