I think we learned a good bit of information:

Those Demon-branded Nitto NT05R drag radials skirt by regulations with just the smallest of margins, and in order to maximize the potential of the 315/40R 18 size tires Dodge increased the car's torque multiplication with a higher stall speed torque converter and a 3.09 rear axle.

Not sure if anyone noticed, but there's an 815 on the tire where it is supposed to say 315. Could this be the HP hint??? I think the photo was photoshop really good....

You are pretty correct, my neighbor its a big wig in the performance for Dodge, as he was at the Viper plant here a lot, which is gone with-in a few months. Wait till everyone see the wide body kits thats coming from the factory too. Demon options you can elect are passenger seats delete, AWD only way to plant all north of 800 ponies. Price tag with be just as high too. Ive seen some pictures, not a fan of the the AWD 4x4 wide body. Which they are adding roughly 4 inches to each side.

Odd. The first video that was shown by Dodge, had the Demon getting onto a scale and the weight decreases from the prior versions of the Challenger (R/T, SRT, Hellcat). If this thing is indeed AWD, that scale will go up...way up.

It's not AWD, the "tool box" of extra parts it comes with showed narrow front runners for the front of the car...it is RWD.

Exactly. I was simply being facetious. Somebody always knows somebody that has insider information and ~99% of the time it turns out to be false. We shall see what the Demon is all about soon enough.

^ I gotta honestly say, it looks like crap.

The wheels (I know they are for drag racing), make the car look even bigger. The flares look like they put zero thought into them...

I'm not a fan of the fender flares. If they were required due to the 315s Dodge should have just went with 305s out back and 285s in front. This combination fits the present models fine without fender add ons.

That being said this article shows a supposed Demon Charger with no fender flares present, so who knows.

That article made me laugh... it was written days ago, but the info is 4th quarter 2016 speculations and she is only mentioning the first teaser video as if it is the only one Dodge has released so far... keep the comedy coming

That awful fender flare look is the new thing. I think they look like someone mass produced a part and convinced it looks good on every car. A wide body should look like an extension of the car, not like you took them off a truck.

There are even Camaros here that are being abused with this chitty look.
