What good benefits from an 10% underdrive balancer pulley can be expected? Better and faster launch?

Reduced parasitic loss by turning the various accessory drive pullies slower. Most people see 5ish WHP/WTQ from it.

Individually you wouldn't see much, but it all adds up.
