I have booked Sunday and Monday night at Fontana Village. I am IN for the Dragon and Moonshiner 28.

If I have our Moonshiner 28 route correct, we will end up near Highland, NC. It is a short 20 minute drive to one of the great restaurants in the area.

We would need to do a reservation but they can handle large parties. Wonderful atmosphere and a great way to relax, relive and remember the last few days.

Ok, I'm liking how this is going. I was getting a little worried about getting too far south and east. Have nothing against it except I have to be driving back to Colorado on Tuesday. I also have to drop off my better half to fly back home.
Is it July yet?!?

Stopping in Highlands NC instead of the actual end of Moonshiner 28 in Walhalla SC should save you a solid hour or so driving. Plus the place we're going for dinner looks amazing!

Lafourche1 has been awesome in helping put this together. At the moment we have a dinner reservation at The Dillard House at 6:30pm on Monday. It's for 15, and we have plenty of time to get a proper headcount and adjust time as we get closer to July.

I also booked a room at The Dillard House for Monday night at only $99 including taxes. They have a great selection of room sizes and the property looks absolutely amazing.

I feel that the itinerary is pretty set at this point. We have 7 Camaros confirmed so far. I'm now looking forward to the post-CamaroFest plans as much as CamaroFest itself

This is going to be a freaking blast

Just a bump to put this on top. I am getting pretty stoked about this add-on. I love this part of the country. I spent 5 days in October of 2015 driving these roads and taking pictures of the fall colors.

Another piece of information, it that the Chattooga River is on-hand for some great white water rafting. The Chattooga is rated the wildest free flowing river in the Eastern U.S. Five Falls is a series of Class IV rapids that are rated as Class V in total.

You may even see a younger version of Jon Voight, Burt Reynolds, Ned Beatty or Ronny Cox on this river. This is where Deliverance was filmed.
