I had a similar problem only its my next-neighbor who doesn't internalize anything. I decided pretty quick to be the ultra standoffish guy next door instead of getting involved in her real life Jerry Springer skit.

Me and my wife hardly ever talk much and she don't care what I buy for the camaro as long as the bills get paid. That's why I married her. If you would rather got to work/school than come home to see her it's time to end it I'd say. Good luck

Some people just spout every thought that comes into their brain out their mouth, men and women.
Makes me want to punch them right in the mouth, then they would go mmm, mm, m... Take my mom for an example. She complains of a sore throat, I say, try not to talk for a while. Ten minutes later she is in the kitchen telling the dishes they have to be washed

You can try to find another one, but they will be close to same. Weigh all the good against this bad, if you can spend the next twenty to fifty years with the good and putting up with the bad, you'll be like everyone else. Lol

Many, many years ago, my wife complained that I never talked about what went on at work, so I started telling her... shortly thereafter she asked me to stop :-)
That seemed to tame down her chattiness a little. Try that to see if it works.

I'm young and single and couldn't be happier. The whole lonely fact is a bunch of bs that people in relationships say about being single just because they never have peace and quiet. You know how amazing it is that I can do what i want when i want? Yeah my mom bitches that i spend too much time cleaning my car, or riding my dirt bike, or many other things i do. Why do I need a girlfriend to tell me the same? I meet girls all the time and talk to some occasionally. Not regularly because i just hate having to talk to someone all the time, constantly text and call. Screw that, my phone stays in the car or my pocket, and i take in every moment of the day without distractions. I keep my head on straight, and focus on my business. No need for a girlfriend. Plenty of need for girl friends, but no relationship |
