Spend my money for me please
haha I have about $7500-8000 "to burn"
Im looking at what to do next. Procharger/Whipple, Still need headers and thinking of 3.91s and blower cam I think while I have the money I'll get the supercharger first. Anyone have advice on procharger vs whipple or other supercharger? I was considering procharger since it is cheaper and looks like I could install it myself within a day or 2. I haven't researched LSA conversion yet. I daily drive it so down time, driveability, and reliability are my main concerns. I know all modding comes with the chance tho..... I don't really race, just spirit drive the hell out of it sometimes. All advice appreciated. |

looks like im finding lsa for 3500-4000. thats not a bad price. I was interested in the on3 turbo kit since its cheap. I could just upgrade the parts I want. Turbo setups seem so iffy to me tho.

I'd probably go with LSA as well. It's reliable, makes good power, and you'd still have money left over for any supporting mods you want to do. Not sure id go 3.91's with a power adder though. Maybe 3.73's. don't trust me though. I'm just someone on the internet lol. I'd definitely listen to what some other forum members opinions are. There are many people on here who are far more knowledgeable than me haha

I appreciate you guys chiming in. I'm gonna spend a few days looking into the LSA. I think - dont quote me- that my car has 3.73 already. Interested in finding out what others think of gears with power adder. I know 4.10/4.11 is way too much. maybe LSA and a blower cam with a wheel hop package and strut and sway bar. I think that would be a fun car to drive around.

For my setup,my car went 0.2 faster at the 1/4 mile when I changed from 3.73 to 3.23. Same mph.About the same weather too.Sometimes too much gear is no good.

Look for a used agp kit. Save money from the headers

They recently dropped the price a lot.
AGP kit, injectors, meth, fuel pumps. 750-800rwhp all day.

Are you going going do the install yourself and also what kind of driving do you plan? I personally like my agp tt set up and i have less than your amount listed but i did do my own install, as far as gears i would spend money on suspension first to hook up what power you will have, good luck with your build

Looks like they did drop the price quite a bit. Not sure how much more their margins can take lol.

Another vote for AGP TT kit! You will love it. Definitely want to do rear trailing arms and tie rods at minimum to prevent wheel hop!
Second vote would be for ECS kit. I've had both. Or you could always just send me your money and I can think of many ways to spend it for you!! (Forged internals, AGP triple pump for flex fuel.......)

what ever power adder you WILL need a better clutch in the future...just sayin...rear subframe bushings....some kind of anti hop setup 'cuss your gonna want to drag it...may need to go to a 1pc drive shaft setup....1k or better rear axles....
IMHO it would be completely useless to spend all on power and first day on the street blow the rear out...but you already know this...good luck...peace out...
