I promised I would keep everyone updated. Thanks again for the prayers. She has now gone through the 6 weeks of interferon and BCG treatments. We now have to wait for four weeks until they scope her again to see how things are looking inside the bladder. We're keeping our fingers crossed and praying a lot. She is really enjoying our drives with the new Camaro. We listen to all the same music we listened to when we were dating 27 years ago and I had a red 68 camaro with white stripes.

Cancer is a tough condition. It isn't easy, and it tests a family and everyone close to them. I truly hope for nothing short of the best in health and happiness for your family and loved ones and that this passes. No one asks for cancer to intrude on their lives, and with hope and help it might just pass.

“Heavenly Father, You are intimately aware of the struggle he is experiencing -- the pain and the despair. You know the desire of his heart to have his wife be healed of this illness. I ask now for Your healing touch. I know that You are able and that just like in Bible times, You can heal her.

“I also understand that You will chose what is best for them. I pray that through this trial, they will draw close to You -- that You will be their comfort and strength. I pray that ultimately, whatever happens, You will be glorified through them. I pray this in JESUS’ name, Amen.”
