What Do You Do?

For a living! I'm curious to see what kind of occupations people have. I think it's cool to see the diversity in our lives yet we all end up as a community on this forum with one common goal -- to talk about our sweet rides!

So for those of you who are comfortable sharing and possibly answering members questions, feel free to post here about what you do for a living! I'll start; I'm an onsite EMT/Security Officer at a local power plant in my small town. I work the wonderful 3rd shift, from 6pm-6am. That's why I'm usually only on this site in the wee hours of the night/morning

So post 'em up, excited to hear about you guys!

Electronic Technician. Started repairing radio and related equipment in the Army. Now work repairing test equipment used to make IC chips in a wafer fab.

Retired now, but...
Worked 30+ years as a Reactor Operator at a Nuclear Power Plant and Training Simulator Supervisor. Did a few after that as a consultant for the same company.

Work new construction for signals and communications for a tier one railway here in Canada
The saying goes 'if its on the railway and it's silver we installed it'... Lots of black stuff too

I have worked at one of the largest Nuclear Power Plants in the US for the last 33 years in The Maintenance Department. Before that I was a Nuke in the U.S.N. (MM1) and served aboard the USS Enterprise.

Service manager for a manufacturer of PTO powered equipment. Basically my job is to take everyone's sh** and turn it into sunshine and rainbows LOL
