Especially when it comes to low-end torque. It's a night and day difference between the cars.

For the amount of performance you're getting, it's not bad at all when a Honda Civic can easily pass $20k.

Nice deal man.

Its not that hard to find 1ss for 30k right now. At least not within 5-600 miles of me. I had about 5 I was looking at from 30-32 k when I was searching. And I was looking for automatics which add another 1500 to the price.

I got a 1SS with an automatic, NPP and a glowtie for 30,600 a couple days ago. msrp was 40,030. pick it up Friday

Very good deal! During July, the lowest I could find a 1SS was $33.5k. Now, if you don't mind driving across the country, you can find a 1SS a hair under $30k. If the market for a Camaro was like this when I bought my car, very good chance the outcome would have been different for me.

I posted this post in response to another thread. Wasn't meant to be a show off post. In general, this is a good time to purchase a performance vehicles as there are huge incentives, rebates, and discounts across the board. A brand new base Corvette can had for $46k.

Why do you care? He posted it in the correct section....General Automotive + Other Cars Discussion

I'll tell you the same thing my grandfather told me when I was kid. If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all.

But back to the car... That is a pretty sweet deal, sounds like the OP can pinch a penny so hard it screams!

The new Mustang tail looks tons better than it did. Everytime I see the older cars I start singing, "I like a big butt"

The sales sheet says it's a GT Premium and the window sticker says it's a Base GT.
