Since I've purchased the house... I've spent like 12K in renovations.. And I'm the one doing the labor.. Can't imagine if I had to pay someone else.

with the light smoke, not even noticeable. That's my car on the Headlight armor page with light smoke.

I need some of your skills. Getting new quartz counter tops for the kitchen. Just paid for them last night at Lowes.

You putting in? We did quartz from Menards about 3.5 yrs ago and love them. Very heavy! 200-300lb sections

no, having them put them in. No time in my schedule for me to take on that task. But we did get a new sink and faucet to go with it. I tried to convince the wife to do the carpet first, but some how got overruled.

I hired someone for the countertop. That way they can haul that heavy mess and it's their fault if they damage it installing.. Anything else I'll do.

I just wired the whole garage last night for more outlets and lights. Put up a subwall in the basement to divide the laundry off from the bar. Hung the drywall, started mudding. Gonna paint the cement brick walls tonight. Then doing the electrical down there this weekend. Then drop ceiling next week.
